ABOUT

Principal Inspirations, established in 2009, was born from the collaborative and creative  efforts of Joe Diskin and Joe Walsh, two principals with over 55 years of educational and leadership experience.  Dedicated to organizational and personal renewal and maximum performance, Principal Inspirations offers a variety of unique and highly engaging professional development seminars based upon significant research in the areas of mindfulness, mindset, and motivation. Known to clients as, “Joe and Joe”, Mr. Diskin and Mr. Walsh have immersed themselves in understanding and applying the most important elements and teachings gleaned from the Positive Psychology research conducted in such prestigious institutions of higher learning such as Stanford University and the University of Pennsylvania. Principal Inspirations is dedicated to teaching organizations and individuals specific and highly effective strategies and approaches for bringing out the best in themselves and in others. In addition to our offerings, Principal Inspirations offers customized programs and services to meet the specific needs of our clients in corporate settings, education, private business, and individual and team sports.

Joseph Walsh has been an educator for over 25 years as a teacher, staff developer, assistant principal, and principal. He is the co-founder of Principals Inspiration LLC.
